Our quality principles
We have defined the following quality principles for our company as a mandate for executives to communicate and exemplify them and derive specific objectives for the respective areas that contribute to fulfilling these quality principles.
- To meet the defined quality standards and achieve our objectives in all areas, we operate a quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485.
- The satisfaction of our clients, suppliers, and employees is our top priority. Quality can only be achieved within a well-functioning environment. Each employee makes their own contribution to achieving our quality goals.
- Quality in procurement is achieved through the selection of suitable and well-established suppliers, taking into consideration economic aspects.
- By transparently illustrating our organizational structure and processes, we have clearly defined responsibilities for quality assurance tasks, specified the timing of their execution, and outlined the methods for their implementation.
